Thanks Debi 🩷 , it’s always great to read your report, and warnings.. and good tips like stocking up on things. Already an item I buy from the East can no longer use the Suez Canal, so it’s had to put up prices, they’ve had a 3 month delay, and the shipping journey is now twice as long! This is medicinal water, which has silica in, which helps eliminate aluminium from the blood (100X more Al in the blood than any other toxins; & we probably know that it causes dementia and autism). Yes, thanks… forewarned is forearmed.
Was delighted to see your substack in my mailbox just now.
Awww thanks Jo Jo. I’ve heard from others who are finding it difficult to get motor parts. Thank you for sharing, so much to talk about!! Keep with me. TLC and hugs x
The silica-rich mineral water has been filtered through volcanic rock for 5 years, so it’s natural not medicinal, although it has many medicinal benefits, and helps prevent dozens of diseases. Aluminium is not naturally found in the human body, but we are increasingly being bombarded by it, especially in food, and water, fruit juices and canned foods, also medications and cosmetics, and from fertilisers (like glyphosate), that plants/veg suck up when growing. The blood can only hold so much aluminium, and eliminates it naturally, but if the level is too high then white blood cells take it to store in organs, and including the brain… which is the worst place for it to go, as it’s very hard to get it back out of the brain. So yes; it passes the blood brain barrier. And I believe tests have shown it causes dementia, Alzheimer’s . Drinking mineral water with silica in.. it has to be over 30mg/L to assist the body with aluminium elimination (through urine, stools, sweat etc). I like Acilis Water, which has 53.6mg/L in (from Malaysia), and Sousas Water, from Spain. There’s a good connection to most countries to have this water delivered, and I’ve definitely noticed a difference, better memory, better health. There’s also Volvic Water which can be bought from some UK supermarkets, which has over 30mg/L of Silica in (32mg/L). In liquid/water, it forms a silica acid, which is bioavailable. Any supplement with silica in don’t work.. it’s only absorbed when naturally in mineral water. Once the bloodstream has the aluminium removed, the body’s cells can then start transporting aluminium from deeper stores in the body, like organs including the brain. It’s also good to avoid aluminium silver foil, and cookware, and many self-raising baking powders contain high aluminium levels, linings on quiches, junk foods, wrapping where you wouldn’t know the food was covered in material containing aluminium, and antacid like gaviscon. It is said to drink a litre a day maximum of silica-rich natural mineral water, and I’m sure it helps me a lot. Only yesterday, I was reading a study on how much aluminium is in soft drinks, as people are drinking more now. Cola is the worst, especially in cans, and the older the soft drink (in a can, glass or plastic), the higher the aluminium. Tea and coffee have quite a lot too. Dr Chris Exeley is the expert, British, having studied it for 40 years. Tap water can also contain a lot of aluminium, and certain spices, and foods from certain countries. It’s a fascinating subject.. and keeping toxicity out of our bodies and lives… as much as possible.
Wow JCB, thanks so much for this very comprehensive answer! I appreciate you sharing your research and I’ll look into these products you suggest. I’m really happy you chose to share this with us.
Awww, Thanks very much rrodynmac ! Yes; certain fruit and veg contain higher levels, plants like strawberries and spinach, and kale actually draw out radioactive elements from the soil.. so something like spinach will be higher in aluminium… and it depends upon which country & where, as certain countries have a high level of aluminium in the soil… maybe from pesticides or even from past wars, and bombs and metal leeching into the soil. Also exhaust from roads. Pollution levels are rising very rapidly this century. The Chemical Industry is probably the worst & most powerful of them all. Tap water contains aluminium. They use the metal to “cleanse” the water! It would be great if there were more tests to check for nasties, like heavy metals, aluminium, PFAS forever chemicals, and microplastics.
Cooking from scratch, researching, removing obvious sources of aluminium all help. It’s even in the air we breathe. It’s a toxin. I never knew how bad it was until this year. And a tiny amount of mercury or lead… can increase the toxicity of aluminium by a thousand times… 1+1 doesn’t equal 2 here, but more like 1,000… in the toxic effect on the human body, or any animal’s body.
Hi JCB, I don’t normally have to come back to a substack to see which one a comment is related to, but I did for your comment! Interesting, as I’ve only about a month ago subscribed to Dr Exeley’s stack, because I’m concerned about aluminium, as everyone should be. Someone nice recommended him to me, and I’d certainly forgotten that you mentioned him! I forget a lot, so this is why the subject of Aluminium is so important to me, well I should say it’s become more important lately!
You’ve given me another great comment. I’d love to say I don’t use aluminium cookware, but I can’t say that. I’ve a few choice stainless steel items that get used every second day. I’d love to buy more, but who’s got the money?! I cook a lot of my stuff from scratch, but could do better. Trouble is I’ve got pretty bad pain from failed back surgery, and am trying to come off painkillers, but it’s very hard. This pain is what stops me cooking everything from scratch, and stops me enjoying many things, except lying down! Don’t worry about that though, I do what I can in the way of physio, so I don’t lose too much muscle mass. There’s always something, isn’t there!
And I didn’t know mercury and lead can increase Al toxicity that much, or if I did know-I’ve forgotten! That is interesting though, albeit in a bad way.
Awww, Thanks Rrodymack.. I can’t see your name in replying and have certainly probably spelt it wrong, sorry.. my memory isn’t great either, especially when under stress. Your story is similar to mine. I suffer constant back pain from past injuries and genetic disorders, and admit I have to take pain relief.. and know it’s full of toxic substances including aluminium. Yes, I definitely recommend Dr Chris Exeley’s book, as well as his substack. Yes.. I worry about memory too. I’ve decided Stress is the activator for not only brain fog, but free radicals, and nasty oxidative damage. So relaxing is good when possible. Meditation etc, good food… I try to cook from scratch, but often I’ve got burnout, and then, some ready to eat cold food will have to do! They say, 80%-20%, ie, if only 20% of diet is “convenience food”; with accompanying glyphosate, aluminium and other toxins.. then that’s a good achievement. Sometimes I think it better not to eat than eat bad food.. but it’s important to eat.. so a good frame of mind first helps. After a few stressful days,I’m hoping to have the strength to cook some very healthy simple food! Thanks for your comments.
Great round up. One small point, will the US sanctions on China affect all other countries? If anything, prices for Chinese goods sold anywhere but USA might become cheaper, because the Chinese will want to off load the stock waiting on boats.
Good question. From what I’m seeing the knock on effect will affect the whole planet. Europe has higher tariffs so parts etc may impact all of us. Also affects truckers and warehousing … then supermarkets n suppliers. It’s a vicious cycle.
Hi Debi. I see you are reading the book conclave. There are so many books and I wonder who you would recommend?
Confused.
Love to you
Linda
Where do I start! I have about 600 books bought in last 5 years!! Which subject in particular?
I hope you have them securely insured!

Interesting about medicinal water! Any idea if it can cross blood brain barrier? That’s the most precious place where we don’t want aluminium to be!

It makes you wonder if us conspiracy 'nutters' have right all along... this is obviously part of the game plan.
Of course we’ve been right! 🙂
The phone was trying to get me to use my face or fingerprints so stopped. It looked as though it was then diverted
Yes, DO NOT COMPLY!! Well done Linda!
